1. Where do you ship from?

2. How long does the handling process take?
Our handling time takes 1-3 business days. Then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners depending on your location and the fastest available service.
3. Is the shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard tracked shipping worldwide for all orders.
4. What is the delivery time?
Shipping can take 5-15 days, depending on your location.
Once your order has passed the required checks and been marked for shipping, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number.

5. How do I track my order?
We will email you the corresponding delivery information as soon as we send the package. You can track your parcel by clicking on the "View your order" link.
6. Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.
7. Are my payments secure?
Yes, your payments are 100% safe and secure.
We receive credit card payments via the most trusted payment gateways. Your personal information is always confidential and never stored or kept. We have also integrated secure PayPal payments to allow you to make purchases using your PayPal account.
8. Do I have to pay any taxes for your toys
All costs, including any applicable taxes, are included in the price you see on our website. There are no additional fees.

10. How do I apply a discount code?
You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at the checkout. The area is marked “Discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”
11. Can I buy an e-Gift Card?
Yes. Pick an e-gift card depending on the amount you wish to spend.
12. How do I use an e-Gift Card?
Once you’ve purchased a gift card, you will receive a coupon code in your inbox that equals the amount shown on your e-gift card. You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at the checkout. The area is marked “Gift card or discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”
13. Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
If you make a request before your order is shipped, we'll cancel it and make a full refund. If your order was already shipped, a returns process is required.
